Admission Procedure
- Pre-KG: 2 years completed
- LKG: 3 years completed
- UKG: 4 years completed
- Class I: 5 years completed
- Two passport size photographs of the student
- Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- Blood group report
- Aadhaar Card (student & parents)
- Community certificate (photocopy)
Admission to Class XI is based on Class X Board Examination marks.
Fees are collected term-wise (Three Terms in an Academic Year).
- Term I (June – September): Payable in the first week of June
- Term II (October – December): Payable in the first week of October
- Term III (January – March): Payable in the first week of January

Admissions are now open at Minerrva Matriculation Higher Secondary School for the academic year 2025–26. We welcome applications from Pre-KG to Class XII. - Pre-KG, LKG, UKG, and Classes I–X admissions are based on age criteria (as on 31st July).
- Class XI admissions are strictly based on Class X Board Examination marks.
- A smooth admission process ensures that every child and parent experiences a hassle-free entry into our learning family.
Parents are encouraged to complete the admission formalities early, as seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
